Ну, модуль не может найти. Нужно поставить pybr в дерево Питона, или прописать
PYTHONPATH

Должно быть так:

Что до исправлений, что-то я правил в properties.py, но убей -- не помню,
что! кажется, там ошибка при установке опций (меню Preferences).
