Я бы поробовал поправить PCI bridge
setpci -s 0:1e.0 82.b=a0
и потом выгрузить и опять загрузить сетевой модуль (8139too и mii?)
и service network restart. Или вставить это где-то пораньше при загрузке.
А если заснуть из винды, а потом включить и в самом начале загрузки нажать
reset - работает?
