Скорее всего, винде хочется другой ide-драйвер.

Там еще где-то описано, что Винде для вмвари нужно создать другой аппаратный
профиль.

Она гонит. Не нажимайте на Cancel, и увидите в виртуальном сидироме
виртуальный диск с драйверами.
