Проблема такова. Есть XML файл, описывающий некие параметры (их
названия, тип, и неготорые другие свойства).
Есть ли web морды, разбирающие такой файлик и генерирующие форму для
ввода всех параметров, описанных в файле?

Нуу, есть подозрение, что на Ruby+CGI или +cerise сделать
несложно.
