Тогда вам прямой смысл пересобрать Kdevelop из сорцов.
Есть только одна проблема - средства разработки не входят в Compact,
т.е. вам полюбому надо будеь всё это делать.
Советую только сделать так :
apt натравить на Master 2.4, когда установите всё необходимое оттуда,
тогда скачиваешь сорцы Kdevelop из Сизифа и собираешь под себя.
PS Давно была мысль собрать для себя дистрибутив, в котором будут только
средства разработки (но времени нет :) ) и больше никаких излишеств
типа Апаче и sim :) - я посчитал - на 1 диск влезет. А остальное,
необходимое, можно было-бы из сорцов собрать.
