и сгружались презентации и прочие материалы, предоставленные
заранее или принесённые с собой [обновления].
Т.е. всё было в рабочем порядке, ну и рекомендации по форматам
(заметьте -- не содержащие PPT!) -- размещены здесь:

PS: раз уж вспомнили -- следующая конференция _будет_,
