Так это _он_ значит, гад-немец вчера так 2 раза исполнил!? И ведь в логах то
ничего подозрительного не осталось.

Самое интересное, как только поставил, первые пару дней скорость была на
уровне 7-7,5 мегабайт в секунду. А потом не уловил, что случилось. Придется
менять.
