Ну так можно же добавить соответствующую опцию в файл русской
раскладки, подобно тому, как мы можем выбрать winkeys или phonetic.
Другое дело, что тут, строго говоря, бага X11, которую нет смысла
лечить правкой русской раскладки. Ведь на эту клавишу по умолчанию
повешен код XK_Decimal, который по идее, очевидно, должен производить
именно тот десятичный разделитель, который соответствовал бы локальным
настройкам. А вместо этого печатается всегда точка.
