Если программа правильно устанавливалась, то в меню WINE должен
быть пункт Application Uninstaller, предлагающий удалить
выбранные программы.

K->Wine Applications->Инструменты->Application Uninstaller.
Только если ничего не установлено, анинсталлер переклинивает и
он начинает размножаться с чудовищной скоростью. Лечится killом.
