ls -l /usr/lib/libqt*
и gcc -v
И каким компилятором собрана qt?

Если qt у вас собрана компилятором 3.2, то и вашу программу
собирайте тоже gcc 3.2

В данном случае вам остаётся искать ошибку только в своих
действиях.
Скорее всего в Master 2.2 qt собрана 2.96
