Наверное, вы при установке указали, что у вас часы в BIOS идут по
Гринвичу. Это рекомендуется, но только если на компьютере установлен
только *nix, поскольку Windows всегда считает, что часы идут по
местному времени.
Посмотрите на файл /etc/sysconfig/clock
Он должен выглядеть примерно так (важен параметр UTC):
ARC=false
UTC=false
ZONE=Europe/Moscow
