если у вас был ALM2.4, то там все настройки хранились либо в .phoenix,
либо в .mozilla/firefox. В сборках с официального сайта настройки ищутся в
.firefox. Короче, где-то у вас там разлет с каталогами.

это сложнее (может быть, у вас просто firefox через PATH не находится :)
Сразу вспомнить сложно. Поищите на forum.mozilla.ru, для TB есть ключики,
позволяющие пепреопределять, какие программы запускать для отображения
ссылок.
