DROP показан, когда бросать много, а культурничать незачем.
Например, на сервере нет SMTP, а китайцы с бразильцами лезут.
Или трафик считается есть мнение, что оплату по тарифу суммы
ICMP reply за месяц лучше пустить на пиво. Или на сок там. :)
