Не в винде дело.
Я свой новый винт (160г) когда разбивал в Pqmagic'e(DOS),
оказалось, что fat32 раздел _нельзя_ сделать больше 131,47 Gb.
Пришлось 17.5G отдавать под вынь(хотя 3G бы с лихвой хватило) :(
А ntfs можно было на весь диск.
