Не понял.
/dev/hdc6 /mnt/D ext3 rw,default,umask=100 0 0
полезет со своим umask в / или /home ? Или umask подразумевался где-то
глобально?

Ну ВМваря занимает примерно 10-15% рабочего времени, а к КДЕ привык
больно, это обсуждению не подлежит :-)
