Благодарю. Сразу заработало.
Появилось 3 вопроса:
1. Кратенько можно, что это за /dev/shm и почему раньше(на старых дровах)
не надо было? - это же "костыль".
2. И может знаете, почему gears на новых дровах меньше fps дает?
3. При сборке kernel-monules-fglrx нужны те 5 патчей, что там присутствуют.
У меня intel чипсет, а там для via, sys, nforce
