Похоже, проблема не в этом. Чаще всего, эта ошибка (по-видимому), возникает
при массовой установке пакетов, в которых в post-скриптах делается
update-menus. Похоже, несколько запусков update-menus, пока предыдущий не
успел полностью отработать, что-то ломают.
