Я не верю, что разница в поведении настроенного на dhcp
интерфейса в паре с ifplugd под ALM2.4 и Sisyphus при идентичных
настройках есть и в худшую сторону -- самым слабым звеном там
являются драйверы сетевых карт.
Если это так -- следует уведомить сборщика используемого ядра и
майнтейнера ifplugd через bugzilla.altlinux.org (попросил бы и
меня, бишь mike-эт-altlinux-дот-org, в bug Cc: list добавить).
