И вообще, где можно посмотреть описание сервисов в /etc/rc.d/init.d?

Это то я прочитал, но не понял к чему это. Принтер какой-то или что? Можно ли
этот сервис отключить, потому что иногда при загрузке ругня идёт.

ну так попробуйте выяснить через гоогле, что такое HP OfficeJet.
