Сомневаюсь, что это связано с лимитами, скорее, какая-нибудь байда с
локальными соектами, открываемыми KDE. То же самое (и ещё хуже) происходит,
если один пользователь дважды попытается зайти в KDE на одной и той же
машине, например по XDM, с разных физических рабочих мест.
