mount -t smbfs -o username=user uid=X //server/music /mnt/music
^^^^^ -- пользователя можно тут указать
$man mount вот что по этому поводу говорит:
uid=value и gid=value
Устанавливает "владельца" и "группу" для всех файлов. (По
умолчанию uid и gid берутся такие, как у текущего процесса.)
