На ftp.altlinux.ru/pub/people/wrar/vmware заливаются спеки для
kernel-source-vmware и kernel-modules-vmware. Собираемость под 2.4 не
гарантирую. Заметьте, что при сборке в системе, где не стоит вмварь,
модули собираются без привязки к версии, и версию вмвар надо указывать при
загрузке (см. modinfo vmmon).
для сборки, помимо спеков, нужны исходники:
ftp://ftp.cvut.cz/vmware/vmware-any-any-update88.tar.gz
или любой другой версии.
