У кого то работает под Вайном софт с BDE.
Как устанавливали? Может почитать чтото есть.
ЗЫ. В часности программа для бухгалтерского и складского учета Ч-Вщщк

По-простому - поставьте в конфиге WINE версию Windows - win2k
