Во-первых, если вы таки решили использовать sasldb в качестве метода
хранения учетных записей, то будет более правильным решением вытащить
postfix из chroot'а. Или не вытаскивать, а сделать симлинк из
/var/spool/postfix/etc/sasl2/sasldb2 -> /etc/sasl2/sasldb2
Дабы к файлу могли обращаться не только postfix, но и остальные
участники процесс обработки почты.

Замечательно, вы создали учетную запись в хранилище пользователей. Но
почтовый ящик вы не создали, о чем ниже и написалось. Решений два: 1)
man cyradm это в обязательном порядке; 2) читать файл
/usr/share/doc/cyrus-imapd-doc-2.2.10/README.autocreate и следовать его
рекомендациям.
