Здравствуйте.
На ftp://ftp.linux.kiev.ua/pub/Linux/ALT/backports/ и
rsync://rsync.linux.kiev.ua/ALTLinux/backports/ доступно зеркало
ftp://ftp.altlinux.ru/pub/distributions/ALTLinux/backports/;
ресурс позволяет доступ из UA-IX (по сути из Украины).
Коллекции бэкпортов, которые размещены "локально", теперь здесь:
ftp://ftp.linux.kiev.ua/pub/Linux/ALT/backports.local/
(ftp://ftp.altlinux.ru/pub/mirrors/ftp.linux.kiev.ua/pub/Linux/ALT/backports.local/eugene/
после ночной синхронизации).
