Ну вам же не надо, чтобы через вашу машину чужие письма шли.
Поймите, что постфикс - и есть почтовый сервер, умеющий общаться с другими
смтп и при необходимости выступать в роли смтп.
И поймите, что "смтп-сервер" - это сервер, который умеет получать на 25-й
порт почту и отправлять ее дальше. Вам этого не надо, т.к. удаленную почту
вы через постфикс пускать не захотите, а локальную и /usr/sbin/sendmail
получит.

Не путайте получение входящей почты юзером по поп3 и получение
исходящей/проходящей почты сервером по смтп.
