Судя по FAQ на страничке автора iChat -- нет.

Под винду наша локалка перебралась на UniChat (совместим с iChat).
Раньше пользовались Vypress Chat (под Linux есть echat и
VyQChat). А вообще правильный путь -- IRC или Jabber.
