Наш админ,закрыл соответствующий порт. Можно как нибудь
обойти.Говорят о туннелирование трафика. Подскажите как
реализовать, есть ли готовые решения в мастере 2.4

Поставьте пиво админу. :-) Обычно помогает.
Представьте что будет, если админ Вас застанет за прокладыванием
туннелей.
