Пойми, печатают по одному вопросительному знаку не потому, что
всем лень держать Shift+7, а потому, что количеством и регистром
знаков про общении текстом принято передавать интонации. А на
вопрос с возмущенно-визжащей интонацией кто-то из здесь
присутствующих вряд ли захочет отвечать. Хочешь общаться такими
интонациями -- тебе на LOR, на форумы кулхацкеров, на улицу.
Я думаю, что интеллектуальный и культурный уровень человека,
который администрирует сервера и задумывается об их стабильности,
выше, чем у завсегдатаев LOR'a.
