хм, насколько я понял - Ваш встроенный звук не поддерживает полный дуплекс.
попробуйте использовать другие звук. сервера, а про артс, наверное, стоит
забыть. хрип, скорее всего, останется (нужно почитать про чип на ресурсе
алсы, подумать и научно потыкать).
