Еще как надо! Не первый и, боюсь, не последний раз мой адрес попадает
в различные RBL, причем, в RBL поставщиков услуг помощнее чем
mail.ru, но я первый раз столкнулся с тем, что мне ___отказались__ объяснить причину,
равно как и с тем, что адрес был заблокирован более трех часов.
Типовая ситуация - пример проблемного письма болтается на странице по ссылке, указанной
в ответе smtp.
