Может быть, ибо все, кажется, было вскоре исправлено. Но тогда это
была какая-то затянувшаяся синхронизация: я сделал rsync локального
репозитория с altовским сервером, затем перелил локальный репозиторий
по локалке на другую машину, затем перезагрузил на ней систему, сделал
dist-upgrade, обнаружил проблемы, повыяснял их причины, обнаружил файл
нулевой длины, зашел на ftp.altlinux.ru и там этот файл был тоже
нулевой длины, хотя весь процесс у меня занял минут 15.
