Товарищи после установки ядра 2.6.9 у меня пропадает /dev/cdrom, причем
после второй перезагрузки только!
Как мне его вернуть на место жительства?

А зачем он вам? Юзайте /dev/hdc или где он у вас там.

Неужели это безнадежно и придется откатится на 2.6.8 ядро :(
