Как что? Скопированная пиратка, естественно (да еще и без сорцов и доп. сд)
Посмотрите внимательно, никсп.ру не стесняются продавать дорогущие SuSE, Solaris, RHEL по варезным ценам.
ИМХО, зря они так :), RedHat, Novell и Sun там, но ведь 1С совсем рядом :)).
