А не нужна никакая GPRS EC! Попробуйте сделать так:
1. Запустите службу irda (/etc/init.d/irda start), если ее нету, irattach irda0 -s 1
2. Если ирдадамп работает, то (!) завершать его только по Ctrl-C, иначе устройство будет занято!
3. Создайте симлинк ln -sf /dev/ircomm0 /dev/modem (ищите устройство ircomm0)
4. use vwdial, gnome-ppp or kppp and enjoy :)
