У меня даже спек есть. Насчет лицензии не вкурсе.
Там кстати прикол такой: во время сборки проверяется, нет ли в системе
вмвари, и если есть, то собирается под нее. Если модуль собран не под твою
версию, надо передавать номер твоей версии как параметр модулю. Пакет
собирать придется универсальный, т.е. такой, который под всеми вресиями
будет требовать передавать параметр ;).

userspace-пакеты не должны иметь зависимостей (requires/conflicts) на
kernel-space пакеты, ибо последних может быть много при том, что
используются они не все.
Всё, что мы можем сделать - это runtime checks.
