Вот только вчерась мне здесь помогли поставить vmware (с меня
"Живчик"!) :-) Стоит и работает! А отличие, видать, и в указанных Вами,
и в зависимостях - другой дистр, не только другое местонахождение
библиотек, но и библиотеки по-другому называются. Вопрос в другом - что
мешает перейти на ALT и пользоваться пакетами для него, а не от других
разработчиков? Тем более, АЛМ-2.4 на новых библиотеках и новом KDE -
проблем с пакетами быть не должно...
