Этот файл использовался в старых версиях libtool; сейчас всё это
переехало в макросы m4, которые подцепляются aclocal и используются
при создании configure. Хотя старые скрипты configure всё равно
должны выполняться нормально, если их не пересоздавали и не запускали
libtoolize (обратите внимание, что при сборке RPM по умолчанию
запускается libtoolize --copy --force). Возможно, поможет запуск
autoreconf (хотя тут могут возникнуть проблемы совместимости разных
версий autoconf/automake/libtool). В крайнем случае в пакете можно
сделать
%undefine __libtoolize
(но это годится только в качестве последнего варианта).
