Так пообщайтесь. Наш проект (osdn.org.ua) поддерживают несколько
ISP, хотя основная нагрузка и благодарность -- конечно, tsua.net.

Гм. По-быстрому в архиве нашёл только адрес Sergei Filonov
<coffee-v * mail ru>, но там Nursat только косвенно обсуждался.
Кажется, где-то в газетных вырезках '2001 про линуксовые курсы
упоминался -- но это уже почти без шансов откопать.
Собственно, заглянув в google по "nursat linux" -- тоже
"засветившихся" найти можно:
