Тупое решение:
В Акробате 3.0 распечатать, отсканировать, распознать нормалным Файнридерем и сохранить.
Чуть умнее решение:
Выгрузить в PS или во чтонибудь с открытым стандартом и покопаться в исходном тексте
исправить кодировку.
