Есть железка LSI53C1020/1030 PCI SCIS controller
как я выяснил к ней нужен драйвер sym53c8xx_2.o
но он не хочет почемуто грузиться. Может кто юзал
его и знает в чем дело или может параметры которые
ему нужно передавать?

...как и указание версии ядра, к которому принадлежит Ваш
экземпляр.
