Старая больная мозоль:-)
В свое время, когда только начинал пользоваться Linux, поругался с
производителями модемов Accorp - на коробке они обещали поддержку разных ОС,
на деле оказалась "поддержкой разных MS Windows" :-)
Результатом было то, что они обещали выложить дрова для hcf-модемов на своем
сайте. Пока не произошло - денег видимо жалко :-)
Правда обещали выложить и документацию по чипам, для того чтобы продвинутые
специалисты могли сами написать дрова для модемов и распространять их далее
по их усмотрению. Ваши письма напомнили мне об этом: заглянул - документация
вроде лежит - значит будем разбираться...
Сам пока пользуюсь бетой от linuxant - в свое время она свободно лежала на их
сайте - сейчас не знаю. Если что могу скинуть в "личку". (Кстати господа
вопрос: "Может кто разместит на своей странице для общего пользования?")
Работает правда только на ядрах 2.4.хх, но может быть что-то удасться
исправить :-)
