Тот wine, который выкладывается в Сизифе, при запуске
/usr/bin/wine создаёт необходимые каталоги и файлы. Проверьте -
запустите wine, стерев предварительно ~/.wine и ~/wine_c
...

Что такое обычный раздел? В Win есть только буквы дисков.
Кстати, я сначала ошибся - сделал ссылку на /dev/cdrom, а надо
на /mnt/cdrom (/auto)
