Простите, а вы искали другое применение? Если судить по вашему письму,
вас интересует исключительно видео и игры. А другие люди используют
его и для других целей. Лично я затрудняюсь найти применение Windows.
Гоняю под ним игры, и то лишь потому, что не нашел время глубоко
вникнуть в wine и настроить под ним все игры. Все остальное (Интернет,
почта, кино, музыка, работа с текстом, фотографиями) идет только под
Линуксом. И назад почему-то не тянет.
