Привет, народ,
а в ALM 2.4 beta подерживается KDE prelinking? И как его включить? Я
знаю, что надо установить KDE_IS_PRELINKED=1, но ГДЕ это сделать? Где
вообще устанавливются глобальные переменные?

Положите скриптик, которых экспортит нужные вам переменные в
каталог /etc/profile.d - тогда это будут общесистемные настройки.
Если для конкретного пользователя - то нужно смотреть файлы
конфигурации пользовательской оболочки. Для bash это
~/.bash_profile
