На net-snmp-utils завязан только пакет nagios-plugins-network
(назначение понятно из названия пакета ;). Я не вижу смысла в
дроблении его на более мелкие подпакеты, содержащие только
один скрипт для проверки отдельно взятого сетевого сервиса.
