Если собран с поддержкой КДЕ (пакет sim) - ~/.kde/share/apps/sim
Если без поддержки (пакет sim-qt) - ~/.sim.

Я могу пропатчить, но тогда придется руками переносить конфигурацию из
~/.kde/share/apps/sim.
