Попробуй сделать символьную ссылку rpm --> rpmi
потом apt-get install rpm apt

Ясный перец, радоваться. Вы взрослеете (вплане linux-роста), у
вас появилась реальная проблема. Решается с помощью rpmi и
установки нужного glibc.

apt-get install rpm apt
Скажет seg fault
rpmi -U /var/cache/apt/archives/то_что_накачал_apt-get
Все.
