То, что файлы открыты, не означает, что на них выставлены приложениями
блокировки.

И что? glibc в М2.2 не поддерживает sendfile64, поэтому одновременно иметь
LFS (large file system, работа с файлами больше 2Гб) и sendfile нельзя.
Поэтому и отключили.

Тогда ничем помочь не удастся, уж пеняйте на себя -- без отладочной
информации никак.
