Может я чего не понял, но:
Can we redistribute Open Workbench to our partners and suppliers?
Customers can direct their partners and suppliers to www.OpenWorkbench.org
to download the Open Workbench executable. However, if a customer wants
to redistribute the Open Workbench product including the third party
components (RogueWave and Microsoft) they must purchase the appropriate
licenses from RogueWave and Microsoft to do so.
Are there any parts of Workbench that will not be provided to the open source community?
Yes. Some parts of the Open Workbench code base are the intellectual
property of RogueWave and Microsoft. Further, Open Workbench___s scheduling
algorithms will not be open sourced and will be maintained by Niku.
Open Workbench developers will be able to use all of these libraries in binary
form without charge or restriction.
Do developers need any special licenses in order to work with the Open Workbench code?
Open Workbench uses components produced by Microsoft and Rogue Wave.
While Niku has the right to distribute these components in binary form,
developers in the community cannot work on ___ or redistribute ___ Open Workbench
without purchasing the appropriate licenses to these components
from the manufacturers or their resellers.
